New Republican
Leadership in Washington
Washington, DC has failed us. Republican and Democrat
politicians both have let us down.
Democratic leadership in Washington seems more
interested in scoring political points than getting
something done. The Republican Party squandered away its
majority on frivolous spending, out of control earmarks
for special interests, and broken promises of reform.
As I have walked around the 12th District, I hear from
people of every walk of life and background calling for
new leadership in Washington, something different than
the same old same old political approach to our
problems.
I am willing to go to Congress to focus on serving the
public instead of scoring political points and getting
reelected without putting forth any real solutions.
I am willing to be a part of the new Republican
leadership that is sorely needed in Washington, DC.
Leadership that comes with a mandate from the people and
businesses of East Georgia, not Washington, DC or
special interest groups.
I’ve worked hard all my life and I’ll go to Washington
to produce results, to keep our taxes low, develop a
real long term energy plan, stop the crazy spending, put
an end to the pandering to lobbyists and special
interest groups, and to secure our border and end
illegal immigration.
